Evaluation, Artificial Insemination, & Sterilization Reversal

Dr. Wheeler has provided basic infertility services for 19 years in the community and is responsible for hundreds of successful pregnancies.  Infertility services include evaluation and management of initial fertility care.  This includes an extensive evaluation of endocrinologic as well as gynecologic conditions which may interfere with the ability to achieve pregnancy.  Minimally invasive surgery, such as laser laparoscopy and hysteroscopy as well as tubal reconstruction, are offered to improve patient’s chances of achieving pregnancy.  Treatment modalities employed in the office include ovulation induction with  Clomiphene C itrate, Glucophage and newer medications as well as timed intrauterine inseminations. 

Services that require advanced reproductive technologies such as ovulation induction with injectable gonadotropines such as Pergonal, Follistim, and/or IVF services are referred to local highly qualified experts in the area. 

First trimester ultrasonography for viability and maintenance of progesterone therapies to prevent miscarriage are routinely employed in all first trimester patients presenting to the office.
